Birmingham (UK), 18th November 2023 – Ducati is delighted to bring the emotion, fun and passion of Bologna to the Motorcycle Live exhibition held at the NEC, Birmingham, 18-26 November 2023. Setting the scene at the Ducati stand (Hall 3, 3B25) will be the most eagerly anticipated 2024 models, championship-winning race bikes, live appearances from British racing royalty, and the exciting announcement of a brand-new Ducati Adventure Riding Experience in the UK.

New models on the stand
Motorcycle Live is a fitting arena for Ducati to celebrate a hugely successful year for the Bologna-based company that has seen the family of the Ducatisti grow in extraordinary numbers as strong sales continued from previous years.

The outstanding line-up of 2024 models at the Ducati stand, and seen for the first time in the UK, kicks off with the new Multistrada V4 S Grand Tour which has everything you need to explore the world with total control and the utmost freedom. The latest addition of Multistrada family is a V4 S Travel & Radar model with added keyless cap, the fog lights and TPMS, and comes with the most competitive price for all these first-class travel accessories. The Grand Tour is already available at Ducati dealerships with a starting price of £23,595.

Looking at 2024, for those after the most extreme adventures, the Ducati stand hosts the new DesertX Rally, the obvious choice for the most adventurous journeys. With true race pedigree, the DesertX Rally was brought to life through the victorious Erzbergrodeo participation with Antoine Meo. Aimed at lovers of rallies and challenging adventure riding, the Rally is the answer thanks to its extremely high-quality racing-derived components.

Ushering in a whole new sector for Ducati, and powered by the innovative Superquadro Mono engine, the new Hypermotard 698 Mono, presented at NEC with the New Graffiti Evo livery in the RVE version, was designed to be beautiful, high-performing, and sophisticated, but also enjoyable, fun and light. With technology derived from the ultra-refined Panigale for the most powerful Mono engine available in the market, it is sure to make its mark on the category. Not only power but also design: the Hypermono RVE has just been voted the “Most beautiful bike” at EICMA 2023, where 35% of voters chose the new Ducati fun bike as the queen of the show.

In addition to the latest machines from Borgo Panigale, the Ducati stand will also be the host to the existing models, from the muscle-cruising Diavel V4 and road-conquering Streetfighter V2 and V4 to the sport-touring SuperSport 950 and fire-breathing  Panigale V2 and V4 R. Naturally, there’s also a special place for the hugely popular Scrambler Icon, Full Throttle and Nightshift, ready to bring you their next-gen freedom.

For the second year in a row, Ducati is also present at the NEC Experience Adventure Centre with a fleet of DesertX and official instructors to offer test rides to all motorcycle enthusiasts.

DRE Adventure Academy UK
Sweet Lamb and Ducati are pleased to announce a new UK expansion of its premium DRE Adventure Academy riding experience to bring even more emotion, fun and safety to adventure riding.

Designed for adventure enthusiasts who want to learn all the secrets of on- and off-road riding, the Academy will take up permanent residence in the spectacular location of the Sweet Lamb  off-road centre in Wales, where riders will have the opportunity to learn different techniques through focused theory lessons and exciting riding sessions.

To ensure that the world-class training is matched with the best possible tools for the job, the motorcycles available at the Academy will be the brand-new DesertX Rally, and the DesertX, together with the Multistrada V4 Rally.

The new DRE Adventure Academy UK is now available online for booking at www.dre-adventure.co.uk

Racing heroes
Following a dominant season in the British Superbike and Supersport Championships, the title-winning bikes from both series will be on the Ducati stand.

Both the British Superbike Championship-winning Panigale V4R BeerMonster Ducati, taken to victory by  Tommy Bridewell, and the British Supersport Championship-winning Oxford Products Racing Ducati Panigale V2, raced to victory by Ben Currie, will take pride of place on the stand to help motorcycle racing fans celebrate their incredible achievements.

Although the BSB season was dominated by Ducati bikes, the championship crown was eventually won by the narrowest of margins by BeerMonster Ducati’s Tommy Bridewell, who clinched his maiden BSB championship at Brands Hatch by defeating teammate Glenn Irwin by just half a point. For the PBM team it was an unprecedented ninth BSB title, a fitting tribute to their late team boss Paul Bird.

Also riding in the British Superbike Championship, the Oxford Products Racing Ducati rider Christian Iddon finished ninth in the championship with strong performances, especially towards the end of the season.

Tommy Bridewell, Glenn Irwin, Ben Currie and Christian Iddon will all be sharing their thoughts about the unforgettable season, the unbeatable bikes, and highs and lows of racing when interviewed at the Ducati stand at 11:45 and 14:15 on the dedicated BSB Day, Sunday 19 November.

A Tailor-made Ducati
At the Ducati stand, visitors can dive into the individualistic world of Ducati Unica, the unique Factory customisation programme. This is an unmissable opportunity for those who want to design and build their own exclusive and unique motorcycle in direct collaboration with Ducati designers and technicians to create a unique motorcycle.

Customers will be able to enter the inner sanctum of Ducati’s evocative design, the Ducati Centro Stile atelier in person, discuss their vision with the designers, and see the product take shape in person, during periodical visits.

Only an extremely limited number of requests are accepted each year, and each Ducati Unica is delivered to its owner accompanied by a certificate of uniqueness, which attests its originality and ensures its non-replicability. This is customisation at its most exclusive.

Fabrizio Cazzoli, Managing Director, Ducati UK
“With such a strong line-up for 2024, we are delighted to showcase the new models in the UK for the first time at the Motorcycle Live exhibition. Visitors will be able to experience the new bikes and learn about our exclusive Ducati Unica customisation project at our stand.

Following the extremely successful racing season for Ducati, Ducati UK is also very proud to have the key bikes and riders from the British Superbike and Supersport Championships present at the stand to celebrate their achievements.

There is fantastic news for the more adventurous riders: we are expanding our Ducati Riding Experiences offer in 2024 and launching the DRE Adventure Academy UK. Partnering with the iconic Sweet Lamb facility in Wales, we will be able to offer riders a true Ducati experience where they can unleash their full adventouring potential as well as enjoy the benefits of latest Ducati technology. The DRE Adventure Academy UK’s stunning location, world-class instructors, premium hospitality and the ultimate Ducati machinery will combine to create a truly unique experience.

Experiences are at the core of our marketing strategy, and offering new platforms for riders to build unforgettable memories together with Ducati is a key part of it."
